SYNOPSIS

Customer relations officer Linda Russo is murdered and the crime scene reminds Castle of the modus operandi of a serial killer he once researched for a novel, but who escaped justice and hasn't been active for four years. Lanie's post-mortem confirms the link and when another woman is killed, evidence points the team towards violent felon Marcus Gates, recently released after four years in jail.
