SYNOPSIS

Zemlja je dom jedinstvenih mjesta na kojima je život usko povezan s tajanstvenim slatkovodnim izvorima. Nastali u dubinama Zemlje, ovi prirodni izvori tvore ključnu poveznicu s površinom. Hrane tlo i održavaju život.
Dokumentarna serija nas vodi na tri kontinenta kako bismo detaljno istražili tri spektakularne lokacije: najveću podvodnu rijeku na svijetu na filipinskom Palawanu, tajanstveni vodonosnik u pustinji namibijskog Nacionalnog parka Etosha i kristalne izvore s Floride u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama.
Istražujući svaki od ovih vodonosnika ujedno ćemo otkriti životinjske vrste čiji opstanak ovisi o tim sustavima: lamantine u rijeci Crystal, pustinjske slonove u Etoshi i čiopice na Palawanu.
