SYNOPSIS

Part one of two. Beckett and the author investigate when a New York taxi driver is shot and killed, with his vehicle stripped of everything of worth. Their inquiries lead them to a storage facility with trace amounts of radioactive material, suggesting someone may be building a dirty bomb as part of a terrorist attack - and the case also draws the attention of Homeland Security agent Mark Fallon.
