SYNOPSIS

Martin is on the north Wales coast in the village of Penmaenmawr, where back in 2015 he first saw a five-bedroom property spread over four floors. He also heads to Fareham in Hampshire to see a two-bed semi-detached cottage he falls in love with. Dion is in Great Clifton in Cumbria to see a former post office, but will it deliver on its potential?
