From humble beginnings, he rose to become the driving force behind Osteria Francescana in northern Italy, which holds three Michelin stars and has been awarded third-best restaurant in the world. His revolutionary modern food has its roots firmly in the traditional heart of Italian cuisine and is based on the philosophy that every dish should tell a story.
