SYNOPSIS

The City of Lights. The world's capital of art, romance, and - mais oui - food. Each day, the world's richest cuisine goes into more than two million mouths. And what goes in, must come out. A single flush begins an epic journey from the Jules Verne Restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower: a fantastic voyage from noxious waste to potable beverage, a voyage spanning time and technology through the fabled sewers of Paris.
