NCIS: Black Water

SYNOPSIS

A private investigator finds the body of a missing Navy officer in a car at the bottom of a lake and Gibbs reluctantly allows him to assist the investigation into the cause of death. The promise of a $1million reward proves to be a major incentive for the outsider, and the discovery of a bullet leads to suspicions that the man was murdered.
