SYNOPSIS

Isaac cannot get the idea of his misunderstood brother Paul out of his head - and wonders if the doctors have misdiagnosed his schizophrenia. Karen and Bernie return home to find a threatening message from the loan sharks, giving Karen the idea of becoming Rainie and Stuart's surrogate. Nancy is clearly unhappy when Mick asks her to take care of Ollie, while Will steps up to the mark to protect his sister
