EPISODE: 1 - Denali: Alaska's Great Wilderness

SYNOPSIS

Towering nearly 4 miles above the Alaskan wilderness, Mt. Denali is one of the tallest peaks in North America. Known as "The Great One", Denali's fierce eco-system features seasons of harsh extremes where winter temperatures plummet to almost 100 degrees below zero and night lasts 20 hours. In summer, 20 hours of sunlight scorches the land. Grizzly bear, wolf, moose, squirrel and eagle have each found a way to exist in this land of extremes where every living thing must be strong to survive
