SYNOPSIS

Catherine kreće u potragu za sicilijanskim tajnama. Gradić Mazarro del Vallo gleda na Sredozemlje i na sjevernu Afriku, a u njemu živi brojna zajednica Tunižana. Catherine će od jednog od njih naučiti kako se priprema savršeni kus-kus. U muzeju soli u Trapaniju gledat će kako mladi kuhar peče brancina u kori od soli, što će je nadahnuti da se i sama okuša te će pripremiti grdobinu s pestom. Za kraj, posjetit će vinariju Florio u Marsali, gdje je admiral Nelson jednom davno odbio platiti vino. No Catherine Fulvio će otići kući s buteljom kako bi pripremila savršeni zabaglione.
