SYNOPSIS

Tullio Scurrio, prijatelj obitelji Fulvio, priuštit će Catherine dan za pamćenje u prelijepim planinama Nebrodi. Nakon doručka od domaćeg sladoleda od lješnjaka na briocheu, odvest će je u hrastovu šumu, gdje crne svinje pasu slobodne pod drvećem. Zatim će naučiti kako se izrađuju maccheroni koje će na kraju pojesti zajedno s pistacijama. A na Dan svete Rosalije, lokalni farmeri organiziraju piknik i roštilj u starom stočarskom naselju, visoko u brdima. Bit će kobasica, mesa i kolača uz tradicionalnu lokalnu glazbu. Sve to nadahnut će Catherine da pripremi tjesteninu s pistacijama, marinirani janjeći but i desert s lješnjacima.
