Synopsis:

Komedija, remek-djelo političke satire nagrađeno Emmyjem, s beskrupuloznim bivšim konzervativnim članom parlamenta Alanom B'Stardom na novoj funkciji europskog povjerenika za unutarnje poslove. Scenaristi su Laurence Marks i Maurice Gran, a u glavnoj je ulozi izvrsni Rik Mayall. Pošto ga je žena ostavila u ruskom gulagu, Alan B'Stard se vraća veći no ikad. Ovaj se put prihvaća europskog parlamenta uz pomoć svog jadnog asistenta Piersa Fletchera-Dervisha (Mihael Troughton). No da bi uspio, B'Stard prvo mora pobijediti svoju ženu spletkaricu (Marsha Fitzalan), europske trgovce drogom i neonaciste.
