SYNOPSIS

Radnja filma odvija se u zgradi u kojoj žive sakupljač smeća, djevica, baka s voajerskim sklonostima, čovjek koji cijeli dan rješava križaljke i njegova žena koja ne podnosi njegovu opsesiju enigmatikom, a sve ih karakterizira specifična individualnost i ekscentričnost. Dizalo je mjesto na kojem se svakodnevno susreću svi ti čudni i neobični ljudi.
