SYNOPSIS

Seminal Jamaican drama about a country boy who heads for Kingston hoping to make it as a singer - but his musical career only begins to take off when he turns to a life of crime. Featuring a reggae soundtrack with songs from Jimmy Cliff, Toots and the Maytals and Desmond Dekker.
