SYNOPSIS

Byrdie (Kirstie Alley) is approaching 50 and is frustrated with the young executives who surround but ignore her. She has just completed what she believes is the finest script of her career, but she can barely get her own agent on the phone, let alone convince a studio executive to read it. Using her own story-telling credentials, she concocts a masterful plan to resurrect her career by enlisting the help of her handsome twenty-something nephew Neil.
