Filmom "Pusher 2: With Blood on my Hands" danski redatelj Nicolas Winding Refn nastavlja svoju uzbudljivu trilogiju koja ga je proslavila kao autora. Nastavak je to sage iz kopenhaškog narko miljea, u kojemu glavne uloge imaju više ili manje pozicionirani zločinci. Radnja ovoga filma prati Tonnyja, protuhu i ne baš omiljenoga kolegu među "svojima", koji po povratku iz zatvora doživi niz neugodnih susreta i događaja te se upetlja u preteški posao koji nije u stanju obaviti.
