SYNOPSIS

Ovo je dokumentarni film o Ivanu Vučetiću, ocu moderne kriminalistike. Rješenje zločina na temelju otiska prsta, prvi put u povijesti, djelo je jednog Hrvata. Hrvatski iseljenik u Argentini, Ivan Vučetić, krajem 19. stoljeća riješio je slučaj čedomorstva u malom provincijskom gradu kraj La Plate. Iako bez formalne naobrazbe, Vučetić je osmislio i osobnu iskaznicu za sve ljude na svijetu i predložio Interpol kao zajedničku, međunarodnu organizaciju u borbi protiv kriminala.
