SYNOPSIS
Lord Carlton, the head of the Royal Censor's Office, is given some scathing photographs to review, which show a naked female body and a cuddly dog. At first he has no hesitation in condemning the images and is determined to reject them. Of course, he still takes them home for "meritorious examination". This, however, sets off a series of unexpected events.
