Martyna Wojciechowska će se susresti s iznimnom ženom iz naroda Kalash. To je jedina nemuslimanska zajednica u Pakistanu, a čine je posljednji potomci stanovnika drevnog Kafiristana, koji su naseljavali područje oko granice današnjeg Pakistana i Afganistana.
Ostalo ih je još samo 4.000. Žene naroda Kalash same biraju muževe, a ako oni ne postupaju dobro s njima ili se pak ne slažu s njima, one ih napuštaju i traže drugog partnera. Ovakve slobodne veze nisu prihvatljive nigdje drugdje u Pakistanu. Kako će se Martyna snaći u svijetu naroda Kalash?
