The 10 remaining chefs are split into two groups, with the first team of five working as a team to prepare a three course fine dining menu for London's Law Society. The contestants have two and a half hours to create a meal from ingredients including brown crabs, guinea fowl, berries and nuts, under the watchful eye of the judges. Later, the chefs must work as individuals to cook a showstopper dish, as they compete for a place in the semi-final.
