SYNOPSIS

Lucy Alexander visits a two-bedroom maisonette in Leysdown-on-Sea, Kent, and Martin Roberts explores a terraced house in Cymmer in Neath Port Talbot and a mid-terrace property in Penkhull, Staffordshire. The developers then follow the sales and talk to the buyers about their plans for the buildings. After three months the team returns to review their progress.
