SYNOPSIS

Fizz, aux commandes d'un robot, distribue des glaces à toute la ville. Magoo le prend pour un monstre destructeur et se fait asperger de glace. Magoo croit alors être doté de superpouvoirs dont il va se servir pour se débarrasser du monstre.
