The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Franco Government and architect of the National Movement, Ramón Serrano Suñer, and the Marchioness of Llanzol, a fascinating woman advanced in time, were immersed in a passionate romance that caused a stir among the exclusive social circles of the epoch although it did not get to transcend to the public opinion.
