When a Hispanic couple are found murdered in a truck, Benson and Stabler's investigation leads them to link the male victim to a Mexican drug cartel. The case proves more complex than expected when the detectives follow a clue to an abandoned drug den and run into FBI Special Agent Dean Porter (recurring guest star Vincent Spano), who is also working on the case.
