FBI: International: Black Penguin

When the son of an American billionaire living in Germany suffers an overdose, the father calls everyone he knows including the president and the ambassadors from Hungary and Germany show up and ask Forrester to find the one who gave the son the drugs. Forester is not exactly willing to do it until he is told how high this goes. So the team goes to Germany and they have help from the police but Forrester can't help but think they are acting strangely. When they talk to the son's friend they learn he has another apartment. When they go there they encounter some other people. They learn are private contractors hired by the father to find out what happened to the son. Forester doesn't appreciate their presence. And when the son dies he is told he can go back but he decides to keep on investigating.
