The city of Popasna is located in war-torn Luhansk in the Donbas region. In 2019, the battle threat is still in the air and many in the population have fled. Still, every morning the children go to one of the few elementary schools that can still stay open. When the French street artist Seth returns to create a large painting on the school wall, it will be a dear reunion. Through drawing and measuring, the students share their thoughts, feelings and hopes with Seth, and slowly, slowly, the joy and dreams begin to return to the children in Popasna.
