The inmates of the world's most luxurious maximum-security prison share plush flats, dine on sushi and even record rap records. While its humane approach has been revered by some, Halden Prison has been accused by others of being too luxurious. Ann meets the staff, talks to inmates and seeks to find out whether this is the humane model for the future, or if the level of luxury is simply too expensive to justify.
