Dragon Island quakes over and over again and Coconut needs to stay at home for safety's sake. In order to avoid the grounding, Coconut invents a Volcano Dragon legend who requests sacrifices and scares the adult dragons into letting him and his friends do what they want. But this legend is about to take on a life of its own!
