Harry and Suri embark on a dangerous hunt for the man they believe is behind the murder of London casino boss Freddy Lau. Harry is astounded when he proves the power of the bracelet both at the dog track and against a street magician, but dark forces appear to be closing in on him as Eve reappears with a dire warning and a mysterious man shows up at his wife and daughter's house. Meanwhile, DS Winter receives a tip-off about Harry's huge gambling debts and confronts him about his possible part in Lau's death.
