Chandler and his crew explore the jungles of Nicaragua to find simian subjects for Rachel's vaccine trials. The mission takes an unexpected turn, however, when they encounter El Toro, a drug lord and dictator who has divided his subjects into the infected and non-infected, and rules over them with an iron fist.
