Reese and Finch are forced to work alongside organised crime detectives when their latest target, teacher Charlie Burton, goes on the run from Russian mobsters after witnessing a gangland assassination. Reese has to use all his military training to keep Charlie out of the criminals' clutches during a chase across the city, but his task becomes even trickier when a rival cartel gets involved.
