Brooks, Devlin and Chandler investigate after a man is found badly beaten in a park. They discover the victim, Roland Kirk - who lives in a nearby camper van - had many enemies in the community, but nobody is willing to talk. The case then takes a decisive turn when a local man capitulates after being arrested and points the finger at architect Harry Morgan, whose son had recently turned against him and aligned himself with Kirk. Kevin McNally guest stars, with Bradley Walsh, Jamie Bamber and Harriet Walter.
