PA and born-again foodie Sarah Brown kicks off the competition, followed by drama teacher Nikki Daniels, who prepares a lavish feast inspired by an arthouse film. Next up Dallas-born bar manager Jelone attempts to inject some Southern soul into his evening, and the final host of the week - staunch Conservative Edward Ellis-Butler - is led astray, before the winner of the £1,000 prize is announced.
