Great British Menu: North East Starter

The contest heads to the north-east of England, where returning contender Stephanie Moon takes on newcomers Colin McGurran and Charlie Lakin to prepare the ideal starter for the Olympic Feast. Dishes include `get set' goat's cheese, wild rabbit with carrot and Douglas fir needles, and `quail in the woods'. The chefs must impress Great British Menu veteran Nigel Howarth if they are to cook for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort on Friday.
