Während Jamies Feier zur Aufnahme ins NYPD wird Danny zu einem Entführungsfall gerufen. Die kleine Teresa wurde auf offener Straße gekidnappt. Die Zeit drängt, denn das Mädchen leidet an Diabetes. Eine Puppe, die am Tatort gefunden wird, bringt Danny auf die richtige Spur… Jamie wird abends von zwei Agenten der „Blauen Templer“ abgefangen. Er erfährt, dass sein verstorbener Bruder für die geheime Organisation gearbeitet hat um gegen das Police Department zu ermitteln.
