Friends Neil and Kai started their chili farm in 2019 and now grow over 500 pesticide-free plants in their Wye Valley polytunnels. As a young business, taking their products to the prestigious Abergavenny Food Festival for the first time is a big deal. Hoping to turn customers' heads with their fresh chilies and flavoured salts, they're also launching their new chili ice-creams to the public.
