On the night shift in Birmingham, paramedics are called to a man who's had a seizure, but they're warned that he has a history of being abusive towards ambulance crews. In Bromsgrove, a paramedic team treat a man who has been coughing up blood and complaining of a loss of sensation in one leg. He may have a blood clot on his lungs which could stop him breathing, and could even be the sign of a stroke.
