SINOPSIS

Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander explore a substantial building in Kent that has been divided into flats along with a three-bedroom house, small workshops in Derbyshire and a one-bedroom flat in Surrey. All of the buildings are being sold at auction and are in need of modernisation, and the presenters talk to the new owners about their renovation plans after the sales, before checking on their progress a few months later.
