SINOPSE

Chef Catherine Fulvio undertakes a gastronomic tour of Rome, where she visits families to learn the recipes that have been handed down through generations, and hopes to find inspiration in the city with more Michelin-starred restaurants than any other. In the first episode, she travels to the Jewish quarter, where she learns how the community has influenced Italy's cuisine, and prepares recipes including a lamb casserole and an amaretti dessert.
