ÖZET
An unscrupulous rogue in 19th-century Paris uses his charm with women to advance himself socially, seducing and manipulating a succession of increasingly powerful and influential women and discarding them when they are no longer useful. Drama based on Guy de Maupassant's story, starring George Sanders, Angela Lansbury, John Carradine, Ann Dvorak and Frances Dee.
