SINOPSIS
Shakespeareova tragedija "Macbeth" u filmskoj interpretaciji Romana Polanskog. Častohlepni Macbeth (J. Finch) dočepa se škotskog prijestolja ubojstvom kralja uz podršku svoje žene (F. Annis) i proročanstva triju vještica. Zbog grižnje savjesti njegova žena ima halucinacije, a ispunjava se sve ono što su prorekle vještice, čak se i šuma pokrenula...
