SINOPSIS

A charity treasurer steals £270,000 of taxpayer's money to fund first-class flights, luxury cruises and exotic holidays for himself and his friends, and a school finance manager abuses the emergency credit card to make hundreds of online purchases. Also, a council tenant rents out his flat while living abroad, earning himself thousands of pounds as the council face a housing crisis.
