OPIS
Father Thomas McCain wasn't always a man of God. First, he was a man of war. When he left Vietnam, he thought he'd left his past behind. An old war buddy informs McCain he's seen his daughter in Houston's Little Saigon. She's in the custody of the most powerful gangster and drug runner in the city. Aided by his cynical war buddy, McCain goes up against a brutal network of thugs, pushers and killers to reclaim his daughter.
