Under the pressure of the international community, and following the judgment of European Court of Human Rights that was reached in the case "Zorica Jovanovic versus Serbia", the Government establishes a Mixed Commission, and conferred to it the examination of facts in the affair "missing babies" that has lasted for several decades. By the recommendation from the European Court of Human Rights' judgment, the Commission has a task to discover the truth in all cases that are the same or similar enough (since 1970), as well as to provide financial compensation to the parents. Since the very beginning of the Commission's work, we see that the majority of members have been insufficiently interested in substantial dealing with this issue. A group of parents, whose devotion has led to the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights, is dissatisfied with such development of events.
