Hampshire's traffic cops are on the trail of drivers who are hiding - people who conceal the truth behind lies which turn five-minute stops into week-long investigations; a gang wanted in connection with a Portsmouth crime wave; the drivers who are 'in bed' when their cars are involved in crashes; and ASBO-toting teens skulking in gardens near vandalised cars.
