SYNOPSIS

Gladys Kravitz catches Samantha twitching her nose to rearrange pictures on a wall, and to keep her from spreading the news, Samantha convinces her that she must have extra-sensory perception. Gladys takes the bait and starts using her supposes powers on Abner, but everything goes wrong, especially when she tries to make the rain stop.
