SYNOPSIS

Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a property in Hartlepool, Co Durham, a house in Chatham, Kent, and a one-bedroom flat in Blurton, Stoke-on-Trent. They then follow each of the sales at auction and talk to the owners about their plans for the properties.
