SYNOPSIS

Well over a year into the global pandemic and Heathrow finally has something to celebrate - Terminal 3 is re-opening its doors to the public with 11 Virgin flights set to take to the skies. In charge of this homecoming for Virgin is Duty Manager Keith - and there's more than a few teething problems when a jammed jetty door threatens to derail one of his departures.
