SYNOPSIS
Les is in court to claim the court maximum of £5,000 owed for storage fees after he allowed his friend to leave his car in his yard. Defendant Gary says that, due to a dispute with the manufacturer about returning the vehicle, it was left at the yard longer than planned, and that as Les is refusing to release it he cannot resolve the situation.
