SYNOPSIS

New series. The comedian and presenter embarks on an epic journey along the sacred river, from its source in the Himalayas to the Bay of Bengal. She begins by trekking to the source of the Ganges River in the highest mountain range on Earth, meeting hermits and wandering holy people that call this sacred landscape home. Moving on, she visits Rishikesh - a magnet for spiritual-seekers ever since the Beatles stayed there almost 50 years ago - meets a holy man-turned-business guru and attends a nightly ceremony to praise the river.
